Ownership of the purchased goods transfers from KARMA BY TPLH to the individual designated by the buyer at the time the goods are delivered to the designated individual. For your protection, KARMA BY TPLH insures and records all items for their full value. KARMA BY TPLH requires that all deliveries be made to a professional or personal physical address only - we do not ship to P.O. boxes. We also require an adult to sign for the delivery of orders valued over 500 CHF.

KARMA BY TPLH reserves the right to cancel products or services to any customer for any reason and at any time. The customer's sole remedy in such cases will be the full refund of any funds we have collected in reference to the canceled products and/or services.

 If you have ordered from a European Union or UK country, you have the right to cancel the contract binding you to us within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the last item of your order. To exercise the statutory right of cancellation, you must inform us by contacting us via hello@karmabytplh.com. To meet the cancellation deadline, you must send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Without prejudice to your statutory right of cancellation, we offer you the option to return items ordered from the Karmabytplh.com site within 30 days of receipt. This return option allows you to send back items to us even after the 14-day cancellation period has expired.

We do not allow comparison shopping. Comparison shopping is when multiple items are purchased with the intent to keep the one you like best and return the rest. This results in excessive restocking and inventory costs and can be very costly.
