Our Return Conditions are very simple:

For our cherished customers across the European Union (including our overseas territories) and Switzerland, we offer a breezy 14-day return policy, provided:

- Your jewelry is gleaming, untouched, and waiting for its next adventure.

- It hasn't taken a trip back to us for resizing before.

- You've not played the return game with us for your previous piece.

- Ordering a treasure trove? Remember, only one can take the return journey.

- Please send your piece back within a window of 14 days after you receive it – the postmark is our timekeeper!

For those in our far-flung overseas territories, exchanges and returns are as welcome as a sunny day! They might take a tad longer and could bring along a small customs fee. So, choose with heart and joy the first time around!
