1.1 In general

Unless otherwise stated, "delivery" means the first delivery following a purchase.

    KARMA BY TPLH assumes the shipping and insurance costs of this first delivery. Returns, subsequent deliveries or subsequent deliveries after adjustments or repairs are the responsibility of the customer.

    KARMA BY TPLH will only dispatch the purchased product once it has received payment or confirmation of payment in accordance with art. 1.3. and 1.4. of the general terms and conditions.

    Purchases on the KARMA BY TPLH website are shipped worldwide. KARMA BY TPLH uses well-known transport companies for the shipment of valuable products. Depending on the delivery location, the products purchased are shipped by the following companies, among others: Fed-Ex, UPS, DHL or Die Post.

 Delivery times

1.2 Time calculation

The estimated delivery time depends on the place of delivery and the nature of the product.

The delivery time is purely indicative and no rights can be derived from it. The estimated delivery time is given in the quotation and - where applicable - confirmed in the order confirmation sent to the customer.

Dispatch between 2 and 10 working days for items in stock:

KARMA BY TPLH endeavours to deliver or have delivered the purchased product as quickly as possible. As a general rule, the customer must take into account a delivery time of 2 to a maximum of 10 working days. In most cases, a maximum of 8 working days within Europe and a maximum of 10 working days outside Europe, from receipt of payment to the account of KARMA BY TPLH.  

KARMA BY TPLH strives to deliver or have delivered the purchased product as quickly as possible. As a general rule, the customer must take into account a maximum delivery time of 4 weeks for a pre-ordered article, while it is being produced. The customer will be informed of the precise delivery time as soon as payment has been received. 

Delays in delivery

KARMA BY TPLH endeavours to notify the customer, by post and/or telephone,

of delays within 48 hours.

KARMA BY TPLH strives to ensure excellent delivery times.

That said, and even though KARMA BY TPLH works with very reputable delivery partners (FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.), KARMA BY TPLH can only control the "punctual" dispatch of a parcel. A delay in delivery can always occur and is therefore beyond our control. No company in the world can guarantee 100% on-time delivery. This is impossible because we rely on people, regulations and government decisions, so cases of force majeure may arise.

Force majeure includes, but is not limited to, war, revolution, terrorist attacks, disasters, strikes, epidemics, pandemics, local and border government measures, and other similar events and any event beyond the control of KARMA BY TPLH by which KARMA BY TPLH is partially or totally unable to fulfil its obligations. This does not give the customer any right to financial compensation or cancellation of the order. Consequently, late delivery does not entitle the customer to financial compensation or cancellation of the order.

In the exceptional case of non-delivery or loss of a parcel, KARMA BY TPLH will do everything possible to limit any inconvenience caused. As our couriers are external partners, the customer acknowledges that KARMA BY TPLH is not the main culprit in the case of such an exceptional event. Therefore, the customer is fully informed and aware that KARMA BY TPLH will not yield to unreasonable behavior or legal threats that require corrective actions by KARMA BY TPLH beyond its responsibility as described above. If KARMA BY TPLH is unable to deliver on time, KARMA BY TPLH will inform the customer as soon as possible and agree a new delivery date that is reasonable in the circumstances.
